flaurena™ is my artistic alter ego…

flaurena™ | a fabulous twist on costume jewellery

Under this name, I sell modern costume jewellery, hand-wrought in gold fill or sterling silver wire, and carefully embellished with glorious beads and Swarovski crystals.

The resulting pieces look delicate but are incredibly strong, so I refer to my jewellery as Wire Lace.

I also draw and paint abstract art and portraits of nobody-in-particular. My favourite paints are water-miscible oil paints, and I also like to sometimes add metal leaf to the canvas.
